So, we are going to be here another week.
Looks like we will be leaving either Thursday or Friday.

I am not looking forward to that long drive home.

But it's been nice being here. Even if it's for a funeral service of the kid's paternal Grandma. The kids both have two cousin their age, so they're getting lots of time spent with them. Three toddlers and three preteens.

The heat here is doable. Granted it's been in triple digits but without the humidity of home, it feels nice. LOL my father in law thinks I'm insane because I'm constantly outside but we keep having to explain the difference in how the heat is here from home and how I'm trying to enjoy being outside when it doesn't feel so bad here compared to home.

But the sand... Holy shit I forgot El Paso has so much sand. Ha.

I loathe sand... it gets absolutely everywhere and into everything and then you find it two years later still.

I also loathe sand. It makes you feel so... dirty and not in a good way.
